The study examines the role of politeness and pragmatic factors in human--AI interaction and their influence on communicative effectiveness. To analyze AI communication strategies, a survey and experimental studies were conducted. The article explores key communicative elements in human--AI dialogue, including politeness, quality of information delivery, apology, expressions of gratitude, and farewell, and highlights their comparative features in relation to human-to-human communication. During the research process, the artificial intelligence system ChatGPT was used for data analysis, text processing, and the systematization of scientific conclusions. The findings reveal the social and pragmatic dimensions of effective interaction with AI and demonstrate the scientific value of this experience for a deeper understanding of interpersonal communication. As human--AI interaction continues to intensify and increasingly becomes one of the primary forms of linguistic communication, the study of this topic is highly relevant in the contemporary context and provides an important scholarly foundation for the further improvement of practical applications of language models and the development of communication strategies. В статье всесторонне рассматриваются лингвистические, философские и психологические аспекты диалога между человеком и искусственным интеллектом (ИИ), а также анализируются научные исследования, выполненные в данном направлении. Изучается роль вежливости и прагматических факторов во взаимодействии пользователей с ИИ и их влияние на коммуникативную эффективность. С целью анализа коммуникационных стратегий ИИ были проведены анкетирование и экспериментальные исследования. В статье подробно рассматриваются такие коммуникативные элементы, используемые в диалоге с ИИ, как вежливость, качество передачи информации, извинение, выражение благодарности и прощание, а также вы-являются их сравнительные особенности по отношению к межчеловеческой коммуникации. В ходе исследования для анализа данных, обработки текстовых материалов и систематизации научных выводов используется система искусственного интеллекта ChatGPT. Полученные результаты раскрывают социальные и прагматические аспекты эффективного взаимодействия с ИИ и подтверждают научную значимость данного опыта для более глубокого понимания межчеловеческой коммуникации.
