Huawei's survival and subsequent growth have been facilitated by state-sponsored financial support, domestic technological advancements, and alternative market strategies. Moreover, third-party actors and global supply chain loopholes have undermined the sanctions, demonstrating the difficulty of enforcing a comprehensive technology embargo.
