It introduces implementation science as a solution, highlighting the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) alongside other frameworks that explain the factors influencing various outcomes in the implementation of evidence-based clinical practice. The methodology employs a brief conceptual application of these frameworks to the National Medical Care Protocols (PRONAM) in Mexico. We believe that the use of these tools will contribute to the successful integration of PRONAM by addressing contextual barriers, facilitators and sustainability. Implementation science empowers decision-makers to deliver effective, high-quality care to patients. Dieser Leitartikel befasst sich mit der Wissenslücke zwischen Theorie und Praxis („know-do gap") im Gesundheitswesen, durch die evidenzbasierte Forschungsergebnisse oft nur unzureichend in die klinische Routine übertragen werden. Die Implementierungswissenschaft wird als Lösungsansatz für diese Lücke vorgestellt, wobei insbesondere das Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR)-Rahmenmodell, sowie weitere Rahmenmodelle hervorgehoben werden, die Faktoren für verschiedene Ergebnisse bei der Implementierung evidenzbasierter klinischer Praxis erklären. Der methodische Teil skizziert die konzeptionelle Übertragung dieser Modelle auf die Protocolos Nacionales de Atención Médica (PRONAM) in Mexiko. Es wird dargelegt, wie diese Instrumente die erfolgreiche Integration der PRONAM-Leitlinien fördern können. Wir sind davon überzeugt, dass der Einsatz dieser Instrumente zu einer erfolgreichen Integration der PRONAM beitragen wird, indem kontextuelle Barrieren, Förderfaktoren und die Nachhaltigkeit systematisch adressiert werden.
