Sumario:The article examines the effectivity on the application of computer simulations in the teaching of high school physics. Significantly, the introduction of computer-assisted instruction (CAI) will enable effective simulation of laboratory experiments. the basic instructional techniques of CAI includes: (1) tutorial dialogue; (2) drill and review; (3) testing; (4) remote computing; and (5) simulations. The inidividualization of instruction in computer simulation effectively treats complex laboratory topics. Examples of computer simulation in physics includes: (1) falling bodies; (2) wave motion; and (3) electric and magnetic fields. Finally, it is concluded that the possible uses of computers in physics is limitless.
