This paper highlights a pilot implementation of the Writing to Improve Nursing Science (WINS) program, which leveraged generative AI to build capacity among nurses in the Caribbean. Results from an initial cohort of 11 participants representing institutions in Jamaica, Barbados, Antigua, and Trinidad show that 9 manuscripts are in active development, achieving 100% of early-stage milestones.
