Methods: A survey was conducted from December 1 to December 31, 2024, and responses from 147 participants were analyzed. A total of 27 structured questionnaire items were developed through preliminary item generation and content validity verification. The collected data were analyzed using IPA with SPSS version 30.0. Results: Fifteen core nursing skills were identified as having both high importance and high performance. However, fall prevention and pressure ulcer care were rated as highly important but low in performance.
