Objective: This review synthesises current literature on transgenerational epigenetic inheritance and nanoscale biological activity, correlating Hahnemann's empirical clinical observations with contemporary molecular biology. Epigenetic research demonstrates that environmentally acquired gene-expression changes transmit across generations without structural DNA alterationa phenomenon strikingly resonant with miasmatic inheritance. Concurrently, studies confirm that ultra-high homoeopathic dilutions retain nanoparticulate matter with measurable biological engagement, offering a physical basis for their activity beyond Avogadro's limit.12 Conclusion: Framing homoeopathy through the dual lenses of epigenetics and nano-pharmacology offers a plausible, scientifically grounded perspective on its mechanisms. While robust clinical validation remains essential, this paradigm bridges historical clinical insights with modern scientific inquiry, suggesting tangible pathways for future research.
