ab: The growing understanding of the connection between mind and body in modern medicine has opened new ways for holistic and integrated healthcare.(1) Homeopathy, which focuses on individualization and the totality of symptoms, already recognizes the importance of mental and emotional states in the development of disease. (2) Psychoanalysis and modern research on consciousness also explain that our mental state, such as subconscious programming, beliefs, thinking patterns and emotions, plays an important role in how the body functions and how disease develops. (3,6) This integrated perspective may be understood as a "matrix of disease," where mental, emotional, and biological processes interact dynamically to influence health and disease When we combine these ideas, it becomes clear that disease is not only a physical or chemical problem, but also a result of changes in the inner mental state which affects the body. Therefore, integrating psychoanalysis with homeopathy provides a more complete way to understand both the visible and hidden aspects of illness and supports true holistic healing. This article explores the relationship between psychoanalysis, mental states and homeopathy. It focuses primarily on how an individual's thoughts and emotions can influence the healthy state. It also presents an integrated perspective, helping us better understand how disease originate which is crucial for adopting a precise and holistic approach to treatment.
