| Sumario: | The article focuses on the censorship and humanist doubts about the lyric language of Poet Luis de GÓngora. His first commercial editions posthumously appeared in Spain in 1627. Several scholars including Robert Jammes and Emilio Orozco, investigated the responses of multiple readers to the editions of de GÓngora in various dimensions. His linguistic drift offended many scholars and obscurity is the key factor that raised objections from other writers. His works such as "Soledades," and "Polifemo," are discussed in the article by several writers and censors. |
