| Sumario: | What does justice look like for the people affected by Grenfell ? This study addresses that question variously. First, via the lens of social harm, highlighting searing and ongoing effects of the fire. Then, I explore Grenfell as a site of injustice, through law and within contexts of structural inequalities, not least at the intersections of 'race' and class. This leads to a series of observations on the role and outcomes of the public inquiry, before I examine Grenfell as a site of crime and criminal justice. I argue that any adequate legacy of the fire, its contexts and consequences, requires a radical reimagination of constitutes 'justice'.
