The analysis also underscores the dual nature of the internet, which can serve as both a source of accurate health information and a platform for misinformation. Policy implications include the urgent need to expand digital infrastructure, enhance digital literacy programmes and tailor public health campaigns to counter misinformation effectively. The findings contribute to broader discussions on digital inclusion and its impact on public health resilience, offering critical insights for addressing health inequalities in resource‐constrained settings.
