| Sumario: | The article focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation in Nursing, highlighting how these technologies are changing the organization and management of healthcare. It points out that, although AI offers benefits such as process optimization and improved clinical decision-making, it also poses ethical challenges and risks of dehumanization in care. The need for nursing professionals to develop competencies in digital literacy, bioethics, and technological security is emphasized, as well as their active participation in healthcare transformation. Furthermore, it is stressed that technology should complement, not replace, clinical judgment and the human dimension of care, maintaining empathy and therapeutic communication as irreplaceable elements. El artículo se centra en el impacto de la inteligencia artificial (IA) y la transformación digital en la Enfermería, destacando cómo estas tecnologías están cambiando la organización y gestión del cuidado de la salud. Señala que, aunque la IA ofrece beneficios como la optimización de procesos y la mejora en la toma de decisiones clínicas, también plantea desafíos éticos y riesgos de deshumanización en la atención. Se enfatiza la necesidad de que los profesionales de Enfermería desarrollen competencias en alfabetización digital, bioética y seguridad tecnológica, y que participen activamente en la transformación sanitaria. Además, se subraya que la tecnología debe complementar, no reemplazar, el juicio clínico y la dimensión humana del cuidado, manteniendo la empatía y la comunicación terapéutica como elementos insustituibles. |
