Bangalore's infrastructure is under enormous pressure causing power outages, rising costs, and an impending shortage of qualified graduates. Other outsourcing hubs in the country, including New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderbad, are experiencing the same issues as they are unable to grow fast enough.
