The necessity of considering national specificities in the formation and development of these fields of knowledge within educational processes is substantiated. A master's program for the foundational course 'Evolution of Cybernetics (Philosophical–Methodological Analysis)" is presented, along with an analysis of its pilot implementation results for both natural science (Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology—MIPT) and humanities specialties (Samara State University). Original pedagogical technologies for this type of educational process have been developed, adapted and tested.
