| Sumario: | Few interventions address the essential contraceptive needs that have arisen after the Dobbs v Jackson Women's Health Organization decision, including for abortion patients seen at high-volume travel clinics. This study assessed a novel contraceptive intervention that taught clinic staff how to provide person-centered contraceptive care and connected clinics with supplies. We delivered a training intervention in 2024 to 2025 to increase contraceptive access in six abortion clinics serving out-of-state patients. We measured changes in providers' knowledge and clinic-level contraceptive access, and results show significant increases, providing patients with greater options.
