ab: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is one of the most prevalent neurodevelopmental disorders affecting children worldwide. In recent years, India has experienced a noticeable rise in behavioural and attention-related disorders among school-going children due to rapid urbanization, changing educational patterns, increased screen exposure, psychosocial stress, and growing awareness regarding child mental health. ADHD significantly affects academic performance, emotional development, behavioural regulation, social interaction, and overall quality of life. Homoeopathy emphasizes constitutional prescribing and holistic child-centred care addressing emotional, behavioural, and physical dimensions simultaneously. This article reviews the increasing burden of ADHD in Indian children, etiological factors, psychosocial impact, homoeopathic understanding, constitutional management, and future perspectives in integrative paediatric mental healthcare. Available evidence suggests that individualized homoeopathic treatment may offer supportive benefits in selected children by improving concentration, emotional stability, impulsivity, behavioural regulation, and adaptive functioning. Further scientifically rigorous studies remain necessary to strengthen evidence-based integration of homoeopathy in paediatric behavioural disorders.
