Hence, paediatric homoeopathic prescribing depends greatly on careful observation and detailed case-taking. Objective: To discuss recent evidence-based perspectives in paediatric homeopathy and the usefulness of Murphy's Homeopathic Medical Repertory in paediatric case analysis. Discussion: Recent paediatric homeopathic studies have explored recurrent respiratory complaints, behavioural disorders, sleep-related problems, and atopic dermatitis mainly through individualised treatment and clinical follow-up. Though the available studies differ in design and scope, they continue to emphasize the importance of characteristic symptoms and careful case analysis in children. Murphy's repertory, especially the Children chapter, contains many useful rubrics related to emotional expression, behaviour, sleep, developmental tendencies, and constitutional features commonly observed in paediatric practice. Conclusion: Murphy's Homeopathic Medical Repertory serves as a useful practical aid in paediatric case-taking and supports individualised remedy selection when used along with careful observation and Materia Medica comparison. pubtype: Academic Journal doctype: tables/charts Journal Article ougenre: Article language: English refInfo: holdings: @attributes: islocal: N |
