Sumario:We often tell people struggling to conceive to "just relax" -- and while the advice can feel frustrating or dismissive, there is real biology behind it. Chronic stress disrupts the delicate hormonal conversation between the brain and the reproductive organs, suppressing ovulation, depleting progesterone, elevating prolactin, and damaging sperm quality. Grief, anxiety, emotional suppression, and the unique psychological burden of fertility treatment itself all leave measurable footprints in the hormonal landscape. Homoeopathy, which treats the whole person rather than an isolated symptom, is particularly well-placed to address these root-level disturbances. This article looks at how stress and psychology interfere with conception, the emotional patterns most commonly seen in clinical practice, and how individualised homoeopathic medicines can support the path to a healthy pregnancy.
