Many strain sand species of dermatophytes has been evolved in the past decade which leads to the difficulty in the treatment. Case Summary: A 9 years old male patient came with the complaints of red, crusty, circular eruption on the right forearm with intense itching which was aggravating on touch and scratching since 5 days. Patient told about the presence of same eruptions on his friend's arm which was observed by him since 1 week. Patient was diagnosed via KOH mount test and clinical examination. Mezereum 30C was prescribed after repertorisation and analysing materia medica. The case was assessed with the help of photographs and Dermatological Life Quality Index (DLQI) scale in each follow up.
