| Sumario: | The clinical management of neurodevelopmen-tal disorders represents one of the most complex challenges in pediatric medicine. While the neurological injury in CP is non-progressive, the functional and behavioral deficits often stagnate. This report demonstrates how a constitutional prescription, selected through a meticulous synthesis of miasmatic trends and characteristic symptoms, can stimulate development and functional independence where conventional multidisciplinary efforts have reached a plateau Abstract Objective: To evaluate the role of individualized homoeopathic treatment in a case of spastic diple-gic cerebral palsy. Method: A 6-year-old male child presenting with delayed developmental milestones, spastic gait, and behavioral disturbances was treated with a constitutional homoeopathic remedy based on totality of symptoms and miasmatic analysis. Results: Following the administration of Baryta carbonica, Marked improvement was observed over a period of nine months, beginning with behavioral stabilization followed by improvements in speech and motor functions. Conclusion: Individualized homoeopathy may contribute to functional improvement and enhance quality of life in children with cerebral palsy.
