Paediatric genital vitiligo presents a therapeutic challenge due to the sensitive anatomical location, potential adverse effects of long-term topical therapies, and significant psychosocial implications. Case Summary: A 9-year-old female presented with a four-year history of progressive depigmentation involving the genital and perianal region, clinically diagnosed as non-segmental vitiligo. An individualized homoeopathic approach was adopted based on detailed case-taking, mental and physical generals, and repertorial analysis. The constitutional remedy Sepia was prescribed in 200C potency. Outcomes: Clinical progress was evaluated through serial observations and the Modified Naranjo Criteria for Homeopathy (MONARCH). The patient demonstrated arrest of disease progression, early signs of repigmentation, and notable improvement in behavioural and emotional parameters within eight weeks of treatment. MONARCH score (+5) indicated a "Probable" causal attribution.
