| Sumario: | •Background: Filiform warts (Verruca fili-formis) are benign epithelial proliferations caused by Human Papillomavirus (HPV). They commonly affect the face, eyelids, lips, and neck in children, leading to cosmetic concern and possible autoinoculation. Conventional management methods such as cryo-therapy, electrocautery, and curettage may be painful for pediatric patients and are associated with recurrence in some cases.[1-3] •Objective: To document the clinical resolution of facial filiform warts in a 4-year-old child using individualized homoeopathic medicine. •Methods: A 4-year-old female presented with two filiform warts on the left side of her face. A detailed case history was taken, including mental disposition, physical generals, and miasmatic background. The remedy was selected based on the totality of symptoms. •Results: Following the administration of Me-dorrhinum 200C, the warts shriveled and fell off within ten weeks. Concomitant improvements in behavioral symptoms (anger and hy-peractivity) were observed. •Conclusion: Individualized homoeopathy serves as an effective alternative to surgical intervention for warts in pediatric cases, providing a gentle and permanent cure.
