There is a need for a comprehensive care model that addresses these multifaceted issues. Aim: To develop a nursing care model for infertile men to confront the threat to masculinity. Design: This study employed Walker and Avant's (2018) theory synthesis framework to systematically identify and define the key components for developing a comprehensive care model. The process involved specifying focal concepts to serve as anchors for the synthesized theory, reviewing the literature to identify factors related to these concepts, defining the nature of the relationships, and organizing concepts and statements into an integrated and efficient representation of the phenomena of interest. Data Sources: The data were sourced from PubMed, CINAHL, and the Cochrane Library databases, focusing on peer‐reviewed articles published before January 2025. Results: The proposed 'Confiding' nursing care model integrates medical, psychological, and social support, offering individualized counseling, peer support groups, medical treatment coordination, and spousal support. The model effectively mitigates the threat to masculinity by promoting self‐perception, role‐playing, coping, and resilience. Conclusions: The multidisciplinary "confiding" nursing care model is efficacious in improving the quality of life and psychosocial outcomes for infertile men and couples struggling with male infertility.
