A cross-sectional survey of 132 oncology nurses from academic and community settings in the greater Houston, Texas, area explored readiness for AI integration. Participants reported limited AI literacy and formal education, but strong interest in learning about and codeveloping AI tools. Findings highlight the need for nurse-led education, governance, and collaboration to ensure that AI supports equitable, patient-centered oncology practice. |
