When the completion rate is low, it will delay treatment and increase mortality. The assessment completion rate was 33.0%. Analysis of the causes: 1. Nurses: (1) Unfamiliarity with the mass casualty process and operating system resulted in their inability to perform their duties when a mass casualty occurred; (2) Unclear about the location of support materials and the configuration of mass casualty vehicles; 2. System: (1) No mass casualty courses were held; (2) Mass casualty assessments were not conducted regularly. Project improvements will be carried out from June to November 2021, and countermeasures will be formulated based on current situation analysis and literature verification. The implementation includes: promoting the work process of mass casualty nursing positions, conducting assessments and inventory of mass casualty vehicles and the placement of items, using the mass casualty system operation manual, and conducting simulation training and specialized education training. After implementation, the completion rate increased to 97.8%. When a mass casualty incident occurs, each link can be completed efficiently, improving the quality of medical care. pubtype: Academic Journal doctype: tables/charts Journal Article ougenre: Article language: Chinese refInfo: holdings: @attributes: islocal: N |
