| Sumario: | Respiratory disorders continue to impose a massive burden on global health, affecting people of all ages and significantly impairing their daily activities and quality of life. Such problems as allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, sinusitis and recurrent respiratory tract infections are becoming increasingly common because of environmental pollution, a sedentary way of living and changes in the body's immunity. This article presents a qualitative and analytical review of the role of Homoeopathy in respiratory disorders based upon the principles of classical Homoeopathic philosophy, individualization and constitutional prescribing. Appropriate concepts from Homoeopathic Materia Medica, Repertory and Organon of Medicine were critically studied and integrated with contemporary clinical understanding.
