Understanding the anatomy of the respiratory tract enables clinicians to identify the site of pathology and interpret symptoms with greater precision. In homoeopathy, remedy selection is fundamentally based on the totality of symptoms; however, anatomical localisation frequently serves as a valuable adjunct during case analysis. Different remedies exhibit distinct affinities for specific regions of the respiratory tract, including the nose, pharynx, larynx, bronchi, and lungs. This narrative review delineates the relationship between respiratory anatomy and homoeopathic therapeutics. It further examines how systematic anatomical knowledge can support clinical reasoning and refine remedy selection in the management of respiratory disorders. Methodology: This narrative review was prepared by reviewing literature from standard anatomy textbooks, classical homoeopathic texts (including the Organon of Medicine and Materia Medica), and published articles retrieved from databases such as PubMed and Google Scholar. Relevant English-language literature focusing on respiratory anatomy, respiratory disorders, and homoeopathic remedy selection was included. pubtype: Academic Journal doctype: Journal Article ougenre: Article language: English refInfo: holdings: @attributes: islocal: N |
