| Sumario: | The article aim to present a concise overview of the classification of respiratory disorders along with their homoeopathic miasmatic evaluation. It highlights the role of psora, sycosis, syphilis, and tubercular miasm in the causation, progression, and clinical presentation of respiratory diseases. A case of Acute pharyngitis treated with individualized homeopathic therapy assessed through MYMOP (Measure Yourself Medical Outcome Profile) scoring and miasmatic evaluation. MYMOP is an evidence-based, validated patient-reported outcome measure used to assess changes in symptoms, activity limitation, and wellbeing following treatment.
