This study aimed to evaluate the role of individualised homoeopathic treatment in the management of acute pharyngitis. Methodology: A Prospective Single-Arm Observational Study was conducted on 120 patients diagnosed with acute pharyngitis from October 2023 to March 2024. Cases were selected through convenient sampling and assessed using the Sore Throat Assessment Tool-13 (STAT-13). Individualised homoeopathic medicines were prescribed, and patients were followed up on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th days. Results: Acute pharyngitis was more common among females (56%), individuals aged 21-30 years (41%), and urban residents (62.94%). Arsenicum album (18.33%) was the most frequently prescribed medicine. At follow-up, 61.67% of cases showed improvement, 19.16% achieved marked recovery, 7.5% showed homoeopathic aggravation, and 11.67% demonstrated no significant Conclusion: Individualised homoeopathic treatment was associated with favourable clinical outcomes in acute pharyngitis.
