This is an interventional project to implement a medical emergency team to improve the in-ward emergency management system. Paired sample t-tests were used to determine whether the pre-post differences were statistically significant. The monitoring, guideline availability, communication, and training components and prompt response have been significantly improved. However, there were no significant improvement in infrastructure development.
