Sumario:	The article reports that New York University has announced plans to open an educational television workshops. It will be designed to develop the effective television teaching techniques for the schools of the nation. A by product will be the distribution of the results of the workshop research to teachers' colleges, elementary and secondary schools and other educational groups. Resources of National Broadcasting Co. Inc. will be used to provide guidance in graphic arts presentation and in broadcast techniques.
