| Sumario: | The article discusses the administration and interpretation of color perception tests to students. There are several kinds of color perception test but pseudo-iso-chromatic plate test meets the requirements which is acceptable for the intended purposes and for screening programs. One test of this type is the Dvorine Pseudo Iso-Chromatic Plates or the Dvorine color perception test. The Dvorine is administered by allowing the student to read the numbers on the 14 plates. Even if the student fails to read the numbers on any two plates, he can still be considered with a normal color vision. The number of wrong responses on the 14 plates will also suggest the presence of color blindness and the degree of its manifestation. |
