Three-Dimensional Chiral Imaging by Sum-Frequency Generation.

The article evaluates the use of optically active sum-frequency generation (OA-SFG) in the three-dimensional imaging of chiral. The study shows the development of the first OA-SFG microscope and its capability to produce chirality-sensitive images with submicron spatial resolution. OA-SFG microscopy...

Sumario:The article evaluates the use of optically active sum-frequency generation (OA-SFG) in the three-dimensional imaging of chiral. The study shows the development of the first OA-SFG microscope and its capability to produce chirality-sensitive images with submicron spatial resolution. OA-SFG microscopy has the potential to become a powerful imaging technique for biological samples.
