Baigent and Carole Tonkinson, HarperThorsons publisher had been working on the book for 20 years. Tonkinson bought Commonwealth rights in a pre-empt from agent Ann Evans at Jonathan Clowes and will publish on May 2, 2006 as a paperback original.
