ab: The rediscovery of Benjamin Constant (1767–1830) in the latter half of the 20th century has been underscored by the critical edition, planned and executed since 1980. The edition has been recognised as innovative in terms both of its edited text and of the interdisciplinary orientation of its commentary. TUSTEP has been the working tool throughout for the preparation and printing of the book edition. The edition's online version is now being realised in cooperation with the book publishers (Niemeyer of Tübingen) and generated from the electronic print data. The website itself is described in detail below, in English.
