| Sumario: | The article reports on the approval issued by the Council of Ministers and the National Assembly on the construction of a third mobile operator in Kuwait. However, the government agencies have different views on how to proceed. The Council of Ministers plan the development of the operator within six months and instructed the Kuwait Investment Authority to conduct an economic and technical feasibility study. While the National Assembly proposed that Kuwaitis should be given a chance to buy shares in the operator. |
