Sumario:	The article examines the relationship between cognitive and subject-matter structures. The researcher noted that, the relationship between the two structures involves comparison of such matrices, which provide semantic distances in a given set. He computed the distance of Euclidean to get the similarity of the two structures, and offers step on how to compute the distance of each matrices. The computation of each matrix in Euclidian were analyzed. The study revealed that the distances in each matrices was inappropriate, and that, it cannot support the relationship of the two structures.
