Sumario:This article reports on Microsoft, which has once again pushed back the release date for the update to Windows XP. The update, formerly known as Longhorn, is now known as Windows Vista and has been over five years in the making. The new release date for the consumer version is early 2007. The author reviews some past problems that Microsoft has encountered when attempting to make changes to its software due to the approximately 50 million lines of code of Windows. Microsoft released a beta version of Vista in August 2005.
