Sumario:The article discusses the learning problems confronting American teachers colleges as well as in elementary and secondary schools both in rural and urban communities. The author cites the implementation of teacher workshops aimed at bringing theory and practice together towards reinforcing teaching capacity among education teachers for the development of their students. Another approach is the activity method where both teacher and students are exposed to direct interaction leading towards group learning.
