Sumario:The article provides information on the establishment of a six-year course in natural sciences for public schools in Cleveland, Ohio. Under the said course, general science is given in the seventh, eight, and ninth grades while biology, chemistry, and physics are presented in the senior high schools. It is noted that the course recognizes the primary goals of science which are the cultural end, application to everyday living, and preliminary technical training.
