Sumario:The article reports that computer hackers are actively seeking vulnerabilities in popular programs beyond Microsoft Windows. Weaknesses are being found in Web browsers, anti-virus programs, word processors, spreadsheets, and Apple's popular iTunes music distribution software. The rise in computer hacking is coming as profit opportunities expand, illustrated by a Russian-built program called WebAttacker that takes control of computers after they are exposed to the virus on an infected Internet site.
