Sumario:The article reports on the decision of the University of Toronto in Ontario to violate the Canadian government's Internet censorship by launching its psiphon software development project that will be available on the Internet for free. The software operates by having a person in a non-censoring country first download the software. When downloaded, the software will allow computers to become free information portal. The university used a technology that will prevent the government from shutting down psiphon.
