| Sumario: | The article discusses problems in the organization of electronic messages, and offers solutions to those problems. One of the solutions of e-mail clutter is manually created folders in which the user distributes the e-mails. To solve the time consumption problems of manually dispersing e-mails to folders, the authors offers the names several computer programs that use the past actions of the user in determining which folder to put the e-mail. To solve the problem of non-content specific folder headings generated by the user, the authors offer information on the Automatic Clustering E-Mail Management System, which automatically disperses e-mails to the program's self generated, content specific folders using text clustering technology.
