| Sumario: | The article focuses on a test concerning four personality traits of adolescents in the U.S. The author stressed that there are no disciplines for personality representing to the disciplines of formal education and culture. The concept of personality and the attempt of measuring it typifies a basic decree. It could be noted that all the experiments with certain types of personality has little or no correlation between such tests and intelligence tests. This indicates that such tests measure something which is different from the intellectual contents of life. It has been concluded that some factor or factors which are independent of traditional education ascertain individual's adjustment to society. |
