| Sumario: | The article discusses the mental processes that lead to success and failure in code review during computer software engineering. The results of a study funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, the British government's leading funding agency for research and training in engineering, which investigated if there is a specific personality type that is correlated with performance on code-review tasks, are analyzed. The study revealed that there are likely innate human traits that affect code review ability. |
