Summary:	This article describes Domain Name System Security Protocol (DNSSEC) and its role as an ecology of security protocols and measures. Most U.S. Internet users cite privacy and data confidentiality as their main security concerns. Experts, however, remain more uneasy about infrastructure, with many predicting a catastrophic event being executed through the networked information infrastructure or the country's power grid. Infrastructure attacks occur outside their normal frame of reference and control.
