Sumario:The article offers information on the synthesizing FeCo nanoparticles, the building blocks for nanostructured thin film or bulk magnetic materials and are also suitable for biomedical applications. The simple method to synthesize bimetallic FeCo nanoparticles is based on reductive decomposition of Fe(III) acetylacetonate and Co(II) acetylacetonate. X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements showed that FeCo nanoparticles could also be synthesized under argon atmosphere.
