Sumario:The article evaluates the efficacy of a computerized terrorism question and answer system. The Terrorism Activity Resource Application project examined ways in which chatterbots, robotic computer programs that "talk" to human users, can be used to disseminate terrorism-related information to the general public. Through the use of Artificial Linguistic Internet Chat Entity robots, government agencies like the United States Department of Homeland Security can educate the public and answer concerns at a low cost.
