ab: The article examines the contribution of economist Paul Samuelson to the dual Pasinetti theorem, or paradox, a brand of post-Keynesian economics. It is stated that one major aspect of post-Keynesian economics is to delineate mechanisms whereby monetary and fiscal policies affect the economy. The Pasinetti theorem's methodology is based on classical rather than on neoclassical economics, and its practitioners claim that it is more in line with pure Keynesian thought than with those thoughts that are layered with a classical overview. It is inferred that Samuelson and Franco Modigliani proposed a dual to Luigi Pasinetti's original theorem.
