Sumario:The article reports on the increasing popularity of the concept of cloud computing with the increasing use of high-speed Internet technologies as of March 2008. Among the advantages of cloud computing cited in the article are the opportunity for users to work with their applications from multiple computers and the ability of corporate organizations to control corporate data and reduce malware infections. The article also discusses the features and functions of Web-based operating systems (OS) as well as the key driving force behind Web OS development.
